What does it mean when a man calls you trouble?

I have been going to this bar for three years I go there just about every Friday. And for about a year now I have had a crush on one of the employees there we flirt and look at each other often. The manager there knows that I like his employee. I was sitting at the bar looking around not paying attention until I heard the manager said hey trouble and I whipped around and smiled at him. I walked in the Friday before last and he said there's trouble he doesn't say it all the time but I have heard his bouncer say to him that I look like trouble. This Friday the manager gave me the nod and then he high fives me. I think if he thought I was truly psychotic or crazy he would want nothing to do with me. He is probably in his late 30's early 40's good looking and he is married. I don't know why he would call me trouble I dance sometimes and I wear short tight dresses but that's it.

You are flkirting withone of his employeesm and thaqt's already trouble for the manager. He worries it will lead to a fight or something like that.

Other guys in the bar will also find you attractive, and they'll be coming asking for your number; who knows how the employee will react to that.

Any attractive woman in a bar in a short skirt will be called 'trouble' by most guys in the bar-- maybe not verbally, but that's what a lot of them will be thinking.

Trouble could be referrence to either a cute person as he sees it i.e. you or simply that since you show interest in an employee and that establishment may not allow employees fraternising with clients :)

It could also be that you may look good and/or sexy especially in your short tight dresses and there may be other men really interested in you. Hence, the term 'trouble' ;)

A friend of mine asked me the same question the other day and a guy friend of mine just sent his latest interest "Troublemaker" through Shazam. I think they're just flirting and don't want to be all mushy like Romeo, you know? THey need to preserve their dignity to some degree.

If a guy says you look like trouble but he's smiling/winking at you, he's being playful. If he frowns or crosses his arms and says it, then he's upset with you.

Trouble is referring to a good thing, in the way they are using it.

I think it means that they see someone who would make them do things that the probably shouldn't... more or less it's saying that they think you are hot and probably want to have sex with you. but essentially they are saying that you are a girl that makes men want to do things that might get them in trouble...but it's primarily just a flirtatious way of saying you are hot and they would like to have you in bed
