Yeah dude, building a business seems super overwhelming! But there's definitely places you can go to learn at your own pace. I'd check out Coursera or Udemy - they have tons of free or cheap online classes on business stuff. Since you said you forget easily, those are good because you can go back and re-watch videos anytime.
Khan Academy also has some basic business lessons that break things down step-by-step. And Youtube has so many entrepreneur channels - look up people like Seth Godin or Pat Flynn, they make boring topics kind of fun to learn.
Taking structured notes is huge too. Maybe get a notebook just for business class stuff so it's not mixed in with school notes. Bullets and diagrams help me remember better than blocks of text. And try making little flashcards for important terms or concepts you keep mixing up.
Don't stress if it takes you a while to absorb everything. Just do a little at a time so it doesn't feel so overwhelming. And starting your own business will probably be a long process anyways - no rush to know it all right away. As long as you're learning something new each week, you'll get there! Let me know if any of those resources help out.
Yes, there are a few places now. IM me and I'll send you the links.
big risk, get a real business degree.
