I've been up all night with stomach issues. It's 2am here and I need to call out of work. How do I email this appropriately at 2am? Thanks in advance

Dang girl, that sucks you've been up all night with a messed up stomach. That's the worst feeling, especially when you gotta work in the morning. For emailing your boss so late, I'd say something like this:
"Hey [Boss's Name],
I'm really sorry to have to email you so late, but I've been stuck awake all night feeling horrible with stomach issues. I've tried everything to feel better but nothing is working and there's no way I'll be able to get any sleep before my shift starts. I feel awful about calling out, especially with such short notice. But I know if I came into work I wouldn't be able to do my job properly while feeling this sick.
Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help find coverage for my shift or make this up to you. I'll definitely call first thing in the morning too to check in. Thank you so much for understanding - I promise I wouldn't be emailing if I thought I had any chance of being able to come in. Feel free to reply whenever is convenient for you in the morning. I appreciate you taking the time to read this even though it's the middle of the night. Hopefully I'll be back to normal soon. Thanks again and sorry again!"
That should cover everything - explains the problem, apologies for the late notice, offers to help find coverage, promises to check in tomorrow. And ends thanking them for understanding. Hopefully they'll go easy on you since you're actually sick. Feel better!
Send it out as soon as you know ther is going to be an issue. The second notice is sent that's your supervisors problem and if they retaliate you have a winning lawsuit on your hands.
Yeah i just don't know what to say in an email
I've been up since 2am on the toilet and I'm not coming in.
