I wouldn't care for how I behave/behaved with an entitled, rude or demanding customer if I broke no laws while serving their sassy attitude yet with the bare minimum of customer service and nothing extra of going above and beyond or the extra mile or an extra smile. No smile even and flat voiced. Honorary salutes 🫡

It's not authority it's just behavior to many people get off on Thier tiny so called power! It's a huge joke the way supervisors abuse their staff and it's usually women!

If someone treats me like dirt then they are getting a service equal to that. No smile, no compassion, just a hurry up and leave attitude.
