Why Does My Boss Follow Me?

Whenever someone has a question for me, my boss hovers over me while I answer it. He doesn’t do that with others. I have good work reviews. Why is that?

Again- he doesn’t with others. Also, he doesn’t micromanage in any other way. Only when someone asks me a question.

So ANY time someone asks you a question he just magically appears and hovers around you? After the question, what does he do? Just walk off? This sounds exaggerated to some degree.

Yes he usually walks off. Whenever someone asks me a question in public, he’s right there. Weird. We don’t have that many times we are publicly speaking to others though.
