Be polite. That is all. Even if you screw up something regarding the orders etc, being polite always helps. Be polite but not to the point of allowing others to step over you.
Set clear boundaries if the client is being rude. Apologize wheneclver you think you have made a mistake but do NOT apologize if they wrong you in any way.

Customer service is a nightmare and I am glad I did it at some point, but I don't think I have the patience to deal with that anymore.
