Easily: Electrician
1. It's a mandatory hands-on well-paid job. Often, electricians not only work on buildings during construction, but, also, many are independent inspectors and certifiers of the electrical work done by someone else. For instance, in many jurisdictions, a home cannot be purchased without it passing an electrical inspection and certification.
2. It can't be outsourced overseas.
3. It can't be replaced by artificial intelligence.
4. It's a certified profession; you have to be accredited to become an electrician. The benefit of this is that you are easily replaceable and fired on a whim from a boss but, if you ever do become unemployed, you will likely have a job.
Need to know what "best" means. I said programmer because that's what I do but I think chefs are more important: I often say world peace is maintained with the hands of chefs and prostitutes. But obviously electrician is also important - if it paid as much as my current job I might even prefer it sometimes.

it depends. If you like to work with your hands an electrician is a good job. If you like computers being a progrmmer is good. if you do not mind working tons of hours go into thje restaurant business.
Electricians here get $125 an hour. I learned and did all my wiring myself. It's not hard but people are so afraid of it. 110 volts will wake you up... 220 volts will kill you... 😂
None interest me and an electrician is dangerous. You can electrocute yourself.
It would depend on a person's skills and interests.
