Analyst. 100% Don't do customer service. I've both worked as a customer service rep, and been an asshole to customer service reps. (A lot of them are idiots who don't know what they're talking about, but insist they're right and don't listen to you.)
I don't know which one is harder. According to the internet:
"Accountants perform a wide array of administrative tasks that allow businesses to keep track of expenses and forecast future performance. Their primary duties involve preparing and examining financial reports, with an eye on accuracy and compliance."
"As a Real Time Analyst, you will work closely with Operations, to help monitor Incoming volumes In Queues, report on Daily attendance schedule adherence of Agents in real-time, ensuring optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance."

A real time analyst just sounds like a lot of busy work and BS. You're probably just best becoming a general, normal accountant. At least you won't have to work in a call center that way.
