What would you rather choose job wise between the two?

Job A) Get paid less, part time hours however up to 40 hours a week, Pay is $2100 month, you like the job, further from home by drive (15 min drive), however, by working for this company you have more growth to advance and get paid more.

Job B) Pay is more, 40 hours a week, closer to home (25 min drive), but management is more stingy with vacations, less growth and opportunity for future opportunities. You don't like the job very much.

I'd probably go with "A" because there is more opportunity to advance, and it is a better work environment.

Well how much room for growth at 1? 2100 is a mediocre week for me so I’d definitely be looking for somewhere with a chance to make big moves soon.
Who cares about an extra 10 minute drive if you’re making more money at option 2

I don't know how 25 min is closer than 15 min but I would prefer the first... Growth and liking the job is important
