20 hours overtime weekly sounds rough.

I have sometimes had a lot of overtime. But not every week.
It's one thing to have busier periods. But if there is no calm in between that sucks.

Also economically,

If regular work time is 40 hours a week and 20 hours overtime, that would be 60 hours a week.
22*60 = 1320

1320*52 = 68640.

So if every hour pays $22 per hour and you work 60 hours a week for 52 weeks a year.
Then it would be $68640

Now if you have vacation or are sick or something, you probably don't work 52 weeks a year.
On the other hand, I guess the overtime hours pay better then the regular hours,
So you probably end up earning more then that.

Still I guess it would still be significantly less then $160k a year.
For a lot more hours.

160k a year salary for 40 hour a week sounds better to me.

Yeah, I think they should be able to but, personally, I'd much rather have the cash than the hash stash. I don't do drugs so, it makes no major difference to me.
