I want to work in a company in Europe. But I am shy and I am worried about how to communicate with the employees there. What if they never talk to me?

Which country. Germany was no problem for me. Nor was Italy. They seem to want you to do the polite things in France but I haven't worked there.
I am going to go to Italy or England. I'm so shyðŸ˜
English and Italian people are kind?
You would be hard put to find nicer kinder people than the Southern English. Very considerate. Let me put it this way. I got on a double decker bus expecting to pay the fare on the bus but it didn't work that way. The driver double parked the double decker outside a shop for me to buy a ticket :). Nobody expressed any annoyance. They do like sarcasm/irony so don't take that amiss.
The northern English can be pigs though. Very ready to fight and that is just the girls.
In Italy you can truly get by on a smile and a few hand gestures. In a shop, I couldn't communicate well enough so the shop girl just pulled a guy in from the street who she knew could speak English. They are beautiful people. I don't think you will have any problem. Google translate in the worse case. One of those translate products would be handy.
If you do get one of them but be aware it may not handle colloquial English well. I wrote 'I would like to see you' and translated that into German. Fortunately I thought to translate back from German to English as it came back as 'I want to put my eye on you' so I have to presume it didn't make sense in German. 'I want to visit you' worked but was more direct than I wanted to be.
If you go to a cafe, you will be bound to get into some conversation. That can be a hard part of working overseas, not having every day miscellaneous contact.
There are also humans in EU, I swear I met some !
Honestly, I get along with everyone as long as they are not Indian.
Oh why do you think so? Are they bad?
Have you never met an Indian?
Nah🙄
