I started working for three months in this company. The manager sometimes comes to talk to us in the office about things related to work, but I noticed that while he was talking, he did not look at me. He only looked at my co-workers. “They are old at work.” Is this related to the fact that he does not like my performance at work? Or because I'm a quiet person or what?
