For example, it's a cynical man in his 60s, who constantly shakes (out of stress and anxiety) and looks like he will get a stroke.
He lashes out at not just the students (boys and girls both), but also the teachers and janitor, and calls them names like "idiots" "morons" "imbeciles" "sons of bitches" "bastards" and also "bitches" to girls and female faculty. Basically every person he comes into contact with on school grounds.
He kicks a desk across the classroom in a fit of rage, right in front of students.
He angrily calls girls "you c*nts" and instructs them to "get off their goddamn phones, and concentrate on school work right now!".
He drinks an entire bottle of hard liquor such as Jack Daniels in his office.
Could he get away with any of the above on school grounds?

Oh hell no sis, that principal doing all that crazy stuff would not be able to get away with it! That kind of abuse and unprofessional behavior would get him canned so fast.
Cussing out and degrading students and teachers like that is straight up unacceptable. And kicking desks during a rage fit around kids? Super dangerous too, he's lucky nobody got hurt. Drinking hard liquor on the job is also not gonna slide.
I bet the parents would raise hell if they knew how he was talking to their daughters especially. Calling girls those foul names is straight up disrespectful. Any teacher seeing or hearing about that stuff happening would have to report it to the school board pronto.
Plus yelling and screaming at everyone all stressed out constantly? Dude clearly has anger issues and probably needs help, not to be in charge of a school! There's no way that creeper wouldn't lose his job after an investigation of all the complaints against him. Some people just shouldn't be in power over kids and staff, you feel me?
The smart thing would be for the teachers to band together, document everything crazy he does, and get him outta there ASAP before it gets any worse. No one should have to deal with that level of toxicity at work everyday!
Maybe he could get away with this in the 1800s, but in today's world, this guy would be gone in an instant. If this is a real guy, maybe the school board is somehow handicapped in firing him.

That explains it. That show is known for pushing the envelope and causing controversy, situations so unusual that they are funny.
