I always put, "NO." The last place I worked at I put "NO", and didn't have any issues, and the people who hired me were law enforcement too.
I'll admit I take things literally, so of course taking $50 is worse than taking $5. If I was gonna get robbed, I'd rather get $5 stolen then $50. I guess I'm to assume that what they actually mean is "Taking $5 is just as wrong as taking $50". In that case, I would say "YES." Stealing is stealing, but am I just supposed to assume that's what they mean, because that's not how they word it. The way they word it changes the meaning entirely, but I've been told I should always put "YES", even though stealing $50 is worse than stealing $5, so it's not the same at all.
