I am currently jobless , but I did Love my previous job before I got Laid off , Now that I am actively seeking work and having a hard time landing a new one , and getting nothing but run arounds with these jobs , I am beginning to not want to work at all anymore , The job market is an absolute joke to me , I have never experienced anything like this in my life with having this much trouble landing a job. All these new procedures these companies have put in place to get hired is absolutely pathetic to me. I had 4 interviews with a company already that can’t give me an answer, just smoke up my ass , it’s like make up your fucking mind already , you want me or you don’t. I know I am not the only one going through this nonsense. It’s sad that it takes this long to land a decent job these days , It shouldn’t be this way whatsoever. Basically getting peoples’ hopes up to be shit down. But I keep trying. It just sucks

What I am starting to realize is most of the workers these companies already have working for them , are absolutely lazy and unprofessional with doing their job. I was a branch manager at my last job and my HR department was lazy as fuck , I would submit them the paperwork to hire a new candidate and kindly ask them to process them fast , because I needed workers , They would take their dandy ass time getting to it , and when I would follow up on their status , they would say oh we didn’t get to it yet can you submit the paperwork again? I was like are you fucking serious? I sent it to you 2 weeks ago. It was absolutely pathetic and unprofessional

I have throughly loved and enjoyed my career as an engineer. It's very satisfying knowing all the people I have worked with, and all the people that our systems (that I helped design and build) have helped. Challenging... and rewarding... the perfect career.

Yeah, the pay is nice and I like how it makes me think. I'm a plumber, but somewhat specialized in water filtration so I find it to be a challenge to figure out exactly what's going on and how to fix the problem to my client's satisfaction.
