High School kids can't wait to go to college. College kids can't wait to graduate and start their careers. Single people want to get married. Childless couples want to be parents.

I'll probably start working on an MBA soon, though I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, RRREEEAAAALLLYYY don't want to... seriously, I can't possibly stress enough just how badly I don't want to do it. I'm only doing it because I want to stay with the company I work for now. Even just having my regular college degree annoys me at this point.
My father-in-law works in the same industry field and knows a lot of the people where I work. There's a man he teaches classes with there every so often and every time he sees me, he's very emphatic that I need to get my Master's. Apparently my name is being thrown around a lot for higher advancement and that would help distinguish me. I'd only do it so that my wife can stop working, or at least drop down to part-time. There is literally nothing else on this planet that would make me even think about it otherwise (maybe a theology or philosophy Master's, but that's it and it would be because I wanted to and it's something that actually interests me).
*Whew*
Anyhow, other than that *eye twitch*, that's something we're figuring out. We bought and moved into our house about six months ago. Our twins are just about to turn a year old and our son started school about six weeks ago. The main thing I guess is figuring out when we'll have more kids.
My wife found one that would take only a year. I still don't want to do it.
Retirement. I'm not there yet.
Response to update: Are you referring to Bobby Bowden?
@exitseven You uncultured swine!

@exitseven But we'll give you a pass, because you're a Yankee.
@Jamie05rhs hahaha.
Jamie was kind and didn't call you a damned Yankee! :) :) :)
Bobby Bowden was the legendary football coach at FSU from 1976 to 2009. When asked in his later years why he had not already retired, he said, “After you retire, there’s only one big event left…and I ain’t ready for that.”
Thanks for MHO!
I will be able to retire from current job in about 2-3 yrs… I have other goals I want to pursue and in the process of starting up … too young to sit around. I have my partner in crime to work with me.
I am not the sit around type. I have never stop since I was very young. My brother call me overly ambitious that my head is too heavy for my shoulder 😂. the more ideas I come up with the younger i feel 😂
I look forward to fully implementing my plans. Look forward to helping my little sister with her second baby. Look forward to plan our 2025 family event. 3 kids graduating from HS (we often discuss colleges when we have gatherings). 2 kids graduating from college. (They are already working). Oldest nephew graduated from Carnegie Mellon University last year and has landed a good job.
no wonder I don’t know that famous guy.
Looking forward to getting married, losing my virginity to my husband and having children with him
You’re welcome
Thank you for the MHO!
I'm eagerly awaiting July 6,2028, my 75th birthday, which I hope to celebrate with a 35-year-old buxom blonde !!!
The next chapter in my life involves diving deeper into research and mentorship within education and career fields. As I continue to expand my understanding and refine my methods, I aim to make a significant impact on the next generation, helping them to navigate their paths effectively. I'm truly excited about the journey of guiding others while embracing the advancements in learning and career development, staying adaptable, and learning alongside those I mentor.

The next stage in my life is hopefully that which was denied to me when I was resuscitated from cardiac arrest earlier this year.
There's no telling what that may look like or consist of, but it won't be here, unless I remain as a ghost of some sort.
When I was flat-lined, I was conscious of absolutely nothing.
No NDEs were forthcoming for this guy.
I'm trying to focus on what is happening in my life right now. There are things I look forward to, but nothing specific. I've ticked all the major boxes, so practicing contentment and being present is my goal at this point.
Yes! We have newborns in the house as of August and excited to be a dad now!
there won't be a next stage when Kamala wins
say goodbye to cheaper groceries, cheaper petrol, cheaper electricity and lower taxes
say goodbye to safe streets as they're littered with illegal immigrants who rape and murder the vulnerable
say goodbye to your life if you're a military age male because the draft will be enacted
well yeah I can't afford to retire now
My next stage is a casket. Some days I do look forward to it, others, I don't
empty nest, full retirement... and probably going back to work... haha!:)
id like to do some mission work, but that can be done anywhere.
I want to know one thing. How come when you block these fake G@G Blockheads you can still see their comments? Block them? What a joke!
The next stage is returning to where I was before everything went to hell.
I'm definitely looking forward to it. The next stage of life for me is getting married.
Get healthy, get a better job, and get the hell out of California
College. I’m really enjoying it.
Mine is unclear. I am on track to have enough passive income to stop woriking at 40 if I choose, but then what?
I'm aging backwards go back to school🫣
the next stage is being limited by your church and being dopey and deluded looool.
I don't want to have kids, ever.
Prepare for apocalypse ☺
I might marry... or, start a family
Death.
