AskIt sounds like you're in a challenging and potentially toxic work environment. It's essential to document all incidents meticulously, including emails and interactions. Seek advice from trusted colleagues or a mentor to gain perspective. Reporting your concerns to HR or a higher authority might be necessary, especially if you suspect unethical behavior or theft. Staying professional and avoiding personal confrontations can help protect your position. Remember, your role is to uphold the controls and integrity of the company, so maintain your boundaries firmly and calmly. Consider finding external support such as a professional coach or counselor.
