Would it be unwise to drive?

I was charged with reckless driving. A couple of days ago I was sentenced and the judge said my license will be suspended for 90 days. The dmv is saying my license is still valid. I have to go to the court house tomorrow in a town 30 miles away to speak to the lutenant and set up my probation. Even though the dmv says my license is still valid, I'm afraid ill get in trouble. The court house is also a sherrifs station. My mom keeps telling me that as long as dmv says my license is still valid then just drive. What do you think?

Get a friend to drive you, your license is suspended. Yes, suspension does not invalidate it, the same way suspending a student means they’re still a student but not expelled. If you are caught driving with a suspended license, that’s going to get you in trouble.
