Have you been bullied at work before?

I spoke about being bullied and harassed by my manager at my old job. The other senior person always made racist comments towards me.

I’ve moved on happily but I made a harassment/bullying claim. I discovered today it wasn’t upheld. My manager and the other senior person denied everything.

Understandably I feel angry. Who knew the corporate world was so rubbish.

Not at work but other places I have or at least they tried to intimidate me and that just would never ever work because one of the biggest things I hate in this world are bullies

When you're a nice guy and you're quiet and you don't say much because nothing really bothers you so they think that they can say whatever they want or pick on you and that's just not the case I'm not going to put up with it from anybody really

I had a kid that lived down the street from me in high school we would take the same bus and he was kind of slower and in high school I was walking by a crowd of people and as I walked by I turned to see somebody picking on this guy and I took a couple more steps and I thought about it and I said to myself if I just keep going that's as bad as me doing it to him so I had to turn back around and I push my way through the crowd of people and I grabbed a hold of the guy and I said don't ever touch him again I will kick your ass and the guy was bigger than me but that has never stopped me before I just don't think it's right for somebody to pick on or bully somebody because they know they're not going to fight back or they know they can't fight back

I can tolerate just about anything in this world except for about four things the first one is a bully picking on somebody that can't fight back
Or if a girl says no and the guy forces himself I will not put up with that
If somebody bullies an elder person I will not put up with that if somebody bullies a child or hits a child I will not put up with that if somebody kicks their pet their dog their cat whatever I will not put up with that either those are about to four or five things in my life that I will fight just because it's not right everything else I can just walk away from that those things right there

Yes and because the bully was eye candy for the higher up who controlled the place, he got away with everything, this asshole even threatened to fight my sister, what kind of lowlife does that. Nothing could ever be done even legally we tried, he was garbage and proud to be garbage.

Exactly. I don't understand it myself. It was just weird how they would always pick on me for being quiet. It just got to the point where I couldn't be around them anymore. I'm so freaking glad I left and not looking back.

Yeah people tried to bully me but I just never took it and called them out. I'm nice about it and not aggressive, but I still call them out.

It happened back in 2014. I didn’t even realize what I was dealing with. The term “cancel culture” didn’t even exist yet but that was exactly what it was.
