Have you ever been bullied at work?

UK Justice Minister Jonathan Raab was sacked for bullying a few days ago. He complained that the bar for bullying was rather low. It occurred to me that his behaviours were not that different to some managers I've been acquainted with. Have you ever been bullied at work? What form did it take?

bullying is subjective. some people are softer than others interpret "tough love" as bullying. others will hide behind the mantra of "tough love" to become jerks on purpose

it's not bullying in my opinion if the bully treats everyone equally like shit. it's only bullying when the bully shows clear preferential treatment towards one party over another.

this is only if the "bullied" is being picked on for being actions or inactions that should be a negative mark e. g. showing up late to work or dressing inappropriately at work

if the "bullied" is being picked on because of something outside of their control e. g. looks, height, race, gender, age i. e. an old short ugly straight white male then yes it's also considered bullying no thanks to woke identity politics.

Yep i was bullied at work and told the bosses and they did nothing about it i went to learning disabilities charity for work but ended stopped since i didn't like being being bully and only to me and one other women that were also be bulled and i also be boiled at college. both of bosses also were women and as well my women can also be a bully is was a different women. also was getting really loud that also i didn't enjoy that anymore. i just left but my mum took long to noticed that i was screaming , shouting, getting into a bad mood for refuse to go the charity that i already started to hate.

Bullied by my lady boss at my first job. It sucked and she was friends with HR lady. So, I didn't know what to do.
