What can I do about these male immature bullies at work?

Its two black guys at my retail job. They are conjoined at the hip for some reason. Anyway they started saying my name a few months ago in a duck voice every time they passed me. At first i let it slide. I get that they are immature morons and i tolerate idiots like that at work anyway cause management doesn't fire these types for some strange reason.

But today this guy was like "im onnaa keep bothering you every time i see you. You can't just ignore people like you dont see them. We exist." Yeah ok. The fact is he started harassing me like a 2 year old manchild who can't communicate with a woman like an adult and then when he realizes i avoid him he wants tp teach me lessons that i can't ignore people? Maybe ask yourself why people are ignoring your dumb ass in the first place. Dont say go to HR... These babies harass our female manager as well and nothing ever happens. Unless a man groped me and the cameras caught it i dont think anything would be done.

That sucks! I worked in a toxic work enviroment for short while. I know what you mean about don't go to HR many times they are useless in these situations. I eventually had to find a different job, because I couldn't get any support from my supervisor. I really don't know what to tell you accept good luck. If you do look for another job try to network with people who might know someone who works at these other establishments, find out what it's like to work there, that's what I did before I found another job.

sounds like cause you won't give them the time of day, they must have im a gods gift to woman complex, they feel they will harass you instead. well you could always get a few friends over time to send or call in complaints to the store about them as customers saying they are inappropriate in the store
