How to handle a work bully?

My boss pulled me aside yesterday to inform me that one of my coworkers (obviously hidden) but I know exactly who it is because they tried me before and I was not having it. This person took it out of their time to sit in the office and not only throw me under the bus but had a list of names lol. The accusations and the complaints are wild especially for me. I am a total introvert and quiet girlie I only talk to my clients and people I know and mind my own business so you know if I am brought up there is someone lying lol. She said that I was making the work environment hostile and saying sarcastic things that made her feel uncomfortable. If i have ever had a conversation with her in my life then the chair grew legs and walked out of the corner. ANYONE who knows me at work or in life knows I don't talk to anyone I rarely want to leave my house so she chose the wrong one to lie on about being a hostile person. Not only that this woman is over 50 years old so what would i have to talk to her about? I swear this woman happens to see me places around work (bathroom, outside on break, cleaning my area) and conjures up the most delusional nonsense in her head when she should be minding her own business. I talked to everyone else around and she has a whole line of people that she has reported or crossed and tried to get fired now she thinks she can come after me. I am not the one and the more that she messes with me the more that she is going to find out. I have no idea what the demons are telling her in her head, but if she goes low I will go underground. I have absolutely zero tolerance for bullies i will put them in their place I did absolutely nothing to anyone I try to be a good person, everyone is already struggling mentally and trying their best in life. I have to work with her all this week and the Lord will have me be on my best behavior but still i need advice?
