The thing is, they ARE immature and NEED to grow the fuck up!! Seems to me, most people that WERE bullies in school stop being that way when they grow up! I was always getting bullied in school but, now, most of the bullies want to be my friend! Maybe you can just go up to them when they're doing this shit to you and just say, "You never grew up, did you? School's out!" See if you can just give it right back to them and see how they like it! I can usually find ways to take what they say, turn it around, twist it a bit so it hurts THEM and toss it right back at them. I call it, verbal karate. You just use their own shit against them.
