truthfully at the end of the day right and wrong dont matter not because they are not important but because we all are judged at the end regardless of who knows or not hence the term integrity. You can easily lie but is a lie worth the trouble and embarrassment later and honestly if your really that worried get someone who is more trustworthy to look it over by sending them a file they can't edit and ask what you should add that way your resume can't be changed unless you give the final say.
