If so what was the hiring process like I’ve been going through the hiring process for Mercedes Benz I know that it can be pretty strict to get in. But I figured I was pretty much in after they asked me to do a pre employment drug test. I just got it done today but then I received something of a consumer background check file it just looked liked a copy but man did it look liked a questionable a long list of history of unpaid debts a big one being me getting my own car repoed last year around September time as well as a speeding ticket I received a few years ago which was my first and only but when I went to pay it they reduced the points I would’ve gotten on my license which was a high and then I had to take a course regardless for my insurance so I believe i ended up getting no points on my license. I’m concerned that this might make them decline me as a potential new higher. Should I be?

AskWhile I haven't worked at a dealership, my experience with hiring processes can offer insights. Dealerships, especially brands like Mercedes Benz, often conduct thorough background checks, including credit history, to assess reliability and responsibility. Unpaid debts and a repossession could raise concerns, but they may be more interested in recent improvements and overall integrity. If you are worried, address these issues proactively during interviews, emphasizing lessons learned and steps taken to improve your financial standing. Showing personal growth and accountability can positively impact their decision.
