Am I being underpaid?

I need some guidance on my current job situation. I was hired two months ago as a digital marketing assistant at a cybersecurity company, a position labeled as “entry-level.” Despite the entry-level tag, the job requires a wide array of advanced skills and has evolved to include a hefty list of responsibilities:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan for the next year.
• Managing and strategizing for multiple social media platforms.
• Writing blog articles, updating website content, and creating new website pages.
• Designing graphics using Photoshop and creating marketing materials with Adobe Illustrator.
• Participating in client meetings and daily team meetings.
• Conducting interviews with team members and clients for content research.
• Creating and overseeing email marketing campaigns.
• Regularly using WordPress and Elementor for website management.
• Undergoing a meticulous revision and approval process that takes multiple days to a week for one piece of work

My current pay is $20 per hour for full time, Monday through Friday. Given the demand for technical knowledge and the breadth of my duties, I’m questioning whether this is an appropriate compensation. I’m new to cybersecurity, and learning tools like Photoshop and Illustrator was a steep curve I had to quickly adapt to.

Could anyone advise if this pay is standard for such a role, especially in the cybersecurity industry? Any tips on negotiating a salary review or managing such a diverse and demanding workload would also be greatly appreciated.
