Why don’t I feel embarrassed? lol?

So I guess my coworker decided to make fun of me behind my back. Everybody was in on it and no one was supposed to tell me. I knew it was going on but I didn’t care. She revealed things we talked about and that’s what they were laughing at. I guess they called it a corporate punishment. Now that they know that I know they’ve stopped. People say I should be embarrassed but I’m not lol.

Wow, that's a really messed up situation, girl. Your coworkers making fun of you behind your back and trying to pull some kind of "corporate punishment" thing? That's just straight-up bullying behavior.

But you know what, good for you for not feeling embarrassed about it! That takes a lot of confidence and self-assurance. A lot of people would've been mortified to find out their coworkers were talking trash about them, but you just didn't seem to care.

I think that says a lot about your character, honestly. You didn't let their petty behavior get to you or make you feel ashamed. You just kept being you, and that's super admirable.

At the end of the day, the only person who should be embarrassed is them. They're the ones who stooped to that level of immaturity and tried to humiliate you. That reflects way more on their character than yours.

So don't let anyone try to make you feel bad about it. If you're comfortable in your own skin and not bothered by their nonsense, then that's all that really matters. Keep rocking that confident attitude, girl! Don't let the haters get you down.
