The U. S, has plenty. Most of Western Europe gas a thriving industry., In many cases iut depends on what niche you find, There are boring ones that attract chemists many of the processed food manuracturers have chemists but I don't know how exciting that would be. It would be likely to be the equivalent of a blue chip type company; large, stable but man=ybe boring. Or if could be biotech where you could work for someone in gene splicing or biomeds. Some of those companies offer a chance at making at fortune through stock options and plans as well as a loose and casual work environment. It depends on your personality and your risk taking ability
