I worked for a company that paid an additional 10% if you worked at night. i worked at night often and i would always have to complain to the boss that I did not get the extra money. He was a wise guy and i

knew he was just doing it to see it I would notice. Finally after 3 or 4 times i told him of it happened again I would quit. Sure enough the next week it was the same BS. I went into his office and quit. By that time I was sick of the job anyway.

He told me it would never happen again and he wanted me to stay because I was one of the few people that knew how to do the job.

I told him to forget it.

Several years ago, my employer instituted a policy where us salary workers would receive overtime pay if we were required to work it. Typically, this was when we we at a customer site performing overnight or weekend maintenance on critical systems, which caused us to work more than the standard 40 hours per week.

After a few months, the policy was canceled after the company realized how much it was costing the company. Yet we were still required to work the extra hours.

I always check my working hours and if they've remember to notify ALL my supplements - especially when I've done a lot of extra or without notice shifts.

There are times where CC has notified KMD wrongly and I'll have to drink a cup of coffee with her when telling her the rare times it does happen.

If they cheated me - I'd be pushing union on them.

Yes. Seven figures. Reality is you inly get what you fight for, some is timing but a lot if it is pkaying a game amd sales skills. Work is a sales job first and i was not good at that, but was good st my job.
