Do you think it would be weird for me to apply at this fedex warehouse that I applied at years ago?

Like in 2020 needed a job, so I applied for a package handler job at a fedex warehouse. I signed a bunch of papers and I think I was at the point where they were gonna have me come in to watch training videos. I can't member exactly, but I think maybe I was having trouble filling out a paper myself so they told me to come to the fedex location so they could help me. Well I started having a panic attack, and I got scared and made up something as to why I couldn't take the job. I think I said I got another offer. I called the manager, and told her I changed my mind. She didn't answer so I left message and she never called me back. Well, I ended up getting another job, but I recently got let go, and they are hiring for the same position again. I'm in a better place now because I went on medication that reduces my anxiety. Well I really need a job now so I was gonna apply again. Do you think that would be awkward seeing as the same manager that was gonna hire me is still there.
