You should approach them and have yourself fired.
That is exactly what will happen.
@princeofromance Good.
No it is not good, because jobs are hard to come by these days.
@princeofromance If anon wants to act like a butch lady at work, let her.
I am simply trying to save her from being fired. She can act however she wants, as long as she is willing to pay the consequences for her actions.
Yes, but do it with caution.
There's no way to go about it nicely if they're going to get offended anyways
I am saying he could hold a grudge about you approaching him about his disrespectful behavior and find something petty to fire you for later just to get back at you for confronting him in the first place.
So what should I do? Not confronting isn't good either when she made sure I can hear it. Would make me look too dumb and not worthy
The choice is up to you, but you will definitely be fired sooner or later as revenge for you confronting them about the whole situation and jobs are hard to come by now a days.
So basically you're saying better to just ignore and keep smiling at her?
What did they do that was disrespectful?
She came beside me and said "she doesn't like people " referring to me obviously making sure I can hear. Also interrupted me in the middle of talking/asking for an item
I would like to know that myself. She is only telling her side of the story.
What does it mean? So u don't believe me?
I never said that I don't believe you. However, from what you have stated, I believe you are making a mountain out of a mole hill.
Well it was clearly on purpose
Do as you will, but b prepared to deal with the consequences afterwards because you will be fired on the spot or down the road.
That wasn't good or very professional on your supervisor's part, but I don't think it's worth making a big deal over.
Better revenge is being good at your job (you strip the supervisor of all their power this way)
becoming a supervisor ( a good one) and not having to take orders from this person anymore. That's what I did at my old job.
So basically take verbal abuse is what ur saying
Okay get fired then 🤷♂️
Or get your hours cut until you quit
