How to get better at presentation?

I've had just recently a terrible presentation thing in front of my language class and it made me think about how to enhance my speaking level. English isn't my first language, so that might be one of the reasons of my poor presentation, but I think that if it was only this aspect, I wouldn't be so nervous and I'd do actually a bit better. my English ain't that bad. I wasn't really prepared enough, but how can I get comfortable speaking in front of people without being prepared at all? I know it's possible, since others' speaking was significantly better. any tips?

Practice, practice and practice a little more. Talk English, listen to English - just expose yourself to the English language and make sure you're well knowledgeable about the subject you choose to speak about and then again more practice.

I used to remind myself (&still do when I speak in an open forum) that many are just as nervous as I am.

Oof I couldn't help if I wanted too, I always hated presentations, I'd always skip when I knew there was one lol

My best advice is be well informed and don't look at anyone, just just at a wall behind everyone and speak what you gotta speak

School is the best place. It's better to make mistakes in class than make mistakes in front of the employers, so just keep doing it. Take a public speaking class if you have to.
