How many jobs to put on your resume?

I unfortunately have been doing temp work up till two years ago.

I had to temp as noone would give me a job and I needed the money to live.

Do I need to talk about each job? Or should I talk about the first four and list the others?

If I described each role it would be 10 pages long instead of the standard 2-3pages.
