Ate non religious people more likely to be jealous?

I used to go to a community centre and I never had any friends while I was there. One day a guy got drunk and told me 99% of his friends were jealous of me because of my money and my education.

I never had any difficulty making friends in my university, because these people matched me in intelligence, education and income. A professor told me over 98% of us were intellectually gifted (98th percentile or higher for I. Q.), IB, or advanced placement in high school. Not necessarily I don't think religious beliefs and jealousy are linked together. Being a christian or whatever you believe doesn't make you immune to jealouy or other negative emotions. I think it would be more likely if there is a big econmic difference that they may have feelings of jealousy. Not because if they were non religious /atheist etc.
