Tell me something you regret?

If you don't regret it this question is for you, what was a situation that stood out in your learning experience?

I had two job offers. Both paid about the same but one had a better chance for growth and advancement. The other one had a much better degree of stability.

I chose the one that had the better chance of advancement. A year later the World Trade Center was attacked and business dropped off considerably. Half the office was laid off including me. The economy was not doing very well and I had to accept a job for a lot less money.

I don't regret many things in life.

Right now I kinda regret having my friends with benefits hang out last night for the 7th night out of 9.

I also regret when I was a stay at home mum running around entangled with complicated relationships instead of using the time to do a degree. I am doing it now but balancing it between work and relationships so is over 6 years where I could have done it in 3 before.

okay, life does not always follow a timetable. You will be old someday. Won't it be better to be old and have a good career? It took me a long time to get through college. I started my career when I was almost 40.

@exitseven yeah life was about family when I was 20's and 30's. I'm working on career now. I'm happy about it.

And yeah I'm very aware about old age. Luckily I'm living my life in a way that means I will go to my grave smiling at the amazing variety of things I've done.

Self harming and not getting help right when it started I didn't get help for 4 years I've learned it's okay to be weak and ask for help when you need it
