@exitseven Sometime ask a teacher where her particular school system gets their teaching protocol from. It is from the State dept of education not the feds. The feds only supplied funds to support special ed classes, some transportation and stuff like that, not what was actually being taught. My best friend is a teacher, want to ask her?

I did. It said teachers get their protocol from the state DOE which I already knew becausei was the Technology Director for a K-12 school system.
