I'm soon leaving the company I currently work for.

They do an exit meeting before you leave.

I was treated badly by these people which is why I am leaving.

The Human Resources manager does the interview and has her notebook with her to note things down people say in it.

I'm not sugar coating my time there, unless they want to know what I really thought.

I don't even want to go to this meeting.

Is it ok for me to say "I don't have any to say"

I don't want to say what I really thought cause it's going to be written down so I just won't say anything.

You can say whatever you want. Including "no comment" or "I have nothing to say." You could also air your grievances. They'll write it down... but that's not going to impact you in any way. it lets them know that their place is fucked, and why. It's for them to know why you're leaving.

Not something that's going to follow you. As long as they can't give you a bad reference (almost any company with an exit interview is going to have a standard reference policy. Usually it's just confirming the dates you worked. Most places don't give a bad reference for fear of being sued)

You don't have to go to an exit interviewer (that's legal precedent). If push comes to shove you are giving a company just material to screw you over some more.
