I have so much homework to work on and I may need this weekend to do so. I saw my bestie last weekend and she told me she misses me so much and asked if I’m coming over this weekend. She always says she misses me like a week or a few days after I see her. I miss her too but I just need a weekend to myself. Plus it’s Father’s Day weekend so no thanks. I need to finish my studies. She told me, we’ll just finish in the morning so I can get done and I can come over later in the evening. I still have to write a paper and make my dads gift. I have another test to study for. If I hang with her, I’ll have less time to work on homework. I feel like I’m making a lousy excuse. Summer college classes are fast.
