What do you deserve in this world? Cuz the last time I checked you don't deserve anything. If I create a company and you tell me that you have to give the job to a woman I would tell you F off! Women aren't entitled to become the head of a job that A man created. And same goes for if a woman created a job she doesn't have to have a man control it if she doesn't want to.

And how would they make this "reserved parking"? Half of ceo's must be reserved for women for diversity? But only one position CEO in each company!
Maybe every 4 years elect a female ceo for 4 yours, followed by a man? Of course this sounds like mocking, your idea is absurd.
