tiktok: Female CEO recounts her attempt at recruiting women for her business

In the link above, Maya Milusheva, a female CEO of an IT company and model recounts her failed attempt at forming a company of mostly female programmers.

She mention that when she tried recruiting a lot of women for her company that they weren't working as hard or longer than their male counterpart and their overall performance caused her company to suffer as a result. In the end she had to recruit more male programmers in order to maintain a certain standard of work. She doesn't no why this disparity in work ethics exist among the genders but she now prefers hiring men over women for her company.

Some are, yes. Not all women. Men have better work ethic because we've been doing it longer and in today's woke society, are seen as more expendable.

A lazy useless woman can whine all day at work, contributing nothing, and still won't be fired just because she's female and can whine "sexism" if she is. I think that hurts women overall, but at the end of the day, it's still more men who are getting screwed. One post on here just talked about an IT guy being fired for no reason by some b*tchy Karen claiming "sexual harassment." I've known a few hard working women at work, but they were the minority.

I agree to some degree, but I do not believe most women are lazy. That's just not true.

But I do agree that men tend to excel in tech fields. They are generally better suited to that kind of work than women are. They just are. I don't believe discrimination is the reason why men tend to me more successful in tech.

That’s most likely a part of biology. Men are more suited to be the workers. I know feminism changed that, but originally, women were more homemakers and child-raisers.

There's too many men and women, and too much variation among different men and different women to be able to make any meaningful generalization like this. No, I don't think you can state that women are lazier.
