In the link above, Maya Milusheva, a female CEO of an IT company and model recounts her failed attempt at forming a company of mostly female programmers.
She mention that when she tried recruiting a lot of women for her company that they weren't working as hard or longer than their male counterpart and their overall performance caused her company to suffer as a result. In the end she had to recruit more male programmers in order to maintain a certain standard of work. She doesn't no why this disparity in work ethics exist among the genders but she now prefers hiring men over women for her company.
