Do you think women should be in business life?

Question

It is not religiously appropriate for women to be in business life. If women work, the unemployment rate will increase in the country. What do you think?

I see no reason why they shouldn't. There are many successful female executives and business owners. Women are as capable as men.
And there is value in education, brains, knowledge, experience, expertise, abilities, tenacity, and sophistication.
For some, there is more to life than being a mother and housekeeper, not that there is anything wrong with that at all.

My wife was self-employed as a hair stylist and make up artist, also as a professional photographer. She was very successful, worked on Rodeo Drive, in the entertainment business, and as a regional exec for Paul Mitchell. She got to travel around the U. S. and to other countries. She's a go getter.
We've been happily married now or 28 years. She still works part time as a hair stylist in her own private room in a salon. Her income contributed, and still contributes, to our lifestyle and retirement income.

Many people base their opposition to women in business on the notion that a woman's sole value is to have babies and be care givers. But in this day and age, a woman can find fulfillment in other ways. They can find gratification in their careers, travel the world, and enjoy life without being tied down with kids.
And there is nothing stopping them from having relationships or even getting married.

I have known plenty of women who balanced career and children. And there are many historical examples.

Some women (and men) don't want any children. I never did.

I don't know why people who want kids think that everyone should. People should enjoy their lives as they see fit. It's all about personal fulfillment.

I think when a woman places career above family, family suffers. And whrn they do it before they marry they drastically reduce the chance of getting married. For example, a career woman in her early to mid thirties has a 5% chance of getting married, and less than, 50% chance of the marriage surviving 5 years. A career woman in her 40's has less than 2% chance, and a career woman who is in her mid to late 40's has less than a 1% chance of getting married. And in both cases the chance of it not ending in divorce is less than 10%.. Career women are just not worth it most of the time, because the last thing they want is family. Men will sacrifice their happiness and everything else for his family. A woman will sacrifice her family for her happiness.

Women should be in business but not given power! It's way to easy for women to abuse power and humiliate and use other girls under them! Worse bosses are women!

In many households the woman manages the family budget for the household while her husband earns a living, which means those ladies have the tendency to manage. Why would thus a woman not be good in business life? As always: her life, her choice.

I think the problem with women working is that women tend to be hypergamous aka attracted to men of higher status. The more women in the workforce, especially white-collar, not only will the higher their standards will be for their partner but it is also displacing men who could use those spots to gain the status they need to attract women. This is mainly why there are so many men in high status positions, men have a massive incentive to climb that latter.

I am not suggesting that women shouldn't work. I am suggesting that women who are of high status and are having trouble finding a man to lower their standards and date a blue collar worker instead. I understand that is difficult to do though.

Things are very hard and difficult now in the United States of America most people struggle to live by themselves and pull it off and I’m afraid if Joe Biden vice president wins its going to be another disaster for 4 more years of financial problems so everybody needs to work to pull their weight.

Yes they should be in business in some cases there are women that run multi-million dollar businesses multi trillion dollar businesses and the reason why is because they know what they're doing
