What's your job and daily job attire? And do you prefer the attire to be more formal or casual vs. what you have today?

Mine is semi formal since I am in sales management. Easy enough to jump around, presentable enough to meet key people or lead a team.

Very casual. I'm an interior designer working for a showroom and we don't dress up unless we have big clients.
Otherwise, I could be in flipflops if I wanted to. If anything, when people know I'm a designer and see me dressed very casually, "it makes sense" in their head. Truth is, I'm a little too lazy to dress up.

I'm a manager in an office/warehouse and the dress code is generally pretty casual, though sometimes smart. I like that I can be comfortable.

I work in real estate, so business dresses and heels. I can slip the heels off while in the office and get away with it; otherwise, dress codes are very strict.

If we're in a "hospital" setting, like impatient type setting, we will wear scrubs at times if we're going to do an actual exam but in a clinic setting, we wear normal clothing.
