Playing on the last question about using an alarm, despite the fact that I usually get up before my alarm, I have issues getting up. So I usually set another alarm every 10 minutes. By the time I'm really up, I'm usually running behind time.

I hate getting up early for work. If I had the option, I'd never get up early and always sleep in.

I must have an internal clock, because I'm usually up quite early. Early enough to see the sun rise during most of the year. If I sleep until late, I feel I missed part of the day.
