Every day is pretty much " day off " except for the road races ( 4am ) , so I work to " Asian Hours " which make great sense here , and I sleep min 8 hours to 10am , I'm not an early morning person , never was , even when I had to do it.

Yes! I love being up early! I like to get things done. I also like to get up and take my time to sip a cup of tea… then get stuff done makes me feel productive. I love it!

No matter how much sleep I get I'm always up by seven I used to sleep in but now that I'm older I get up early every morning. during my working days and off days.

Sundays may be different, but I'm usually up by 9 a. m. Any later than that seems like a waste of my day.

Depends what you consider early. Technically I'm retired. But I still get up before the stock market opens most weekdays to get a look at the pre-market.
