Has your supervisor ever yelled at you in front of everyone?

This happened to me once, about two years ago. This person is no longer my supervisor, but he and I still have a good relationship. Anyway, the day he yelled at me, it shocked me, but we moved passed it.

Yeah, it was by the biggest bitch/slut that you could ever imagine who only got her position by fuckiny everyone and barely did anything productive. I was always diligent and professional at work, but I (respectfully) made it very clear to management that the only thing I ever asked for was to be treated with fairness and respect, and that I would not continue in an environment where I'm treated with hostility. I wasn't about to let some bitch intimidate me. It only ever happened that one time.

How did you move past it?

I had one who yelled at everyone. He caught me silently staring him down at the last and double took me. I was 16 and first job. He never did it to me. He ended up committing suicide a few couple years later.

They have no right to do that. Once someone tested the waters, they attempted to cross that boundary but I put them in their place immediately. They never tried that shit again.
