Trending & News I've been to six colleges. I lived in a dorm on campus the first year. After that, it was all computing. For a while I was commuting to two colleges at once that were 60 miles apart. 35 miles one direction in the morning. Then home in the afternoon. Then 25 miles the other direction in the evening.
Yeah, I did. According to what dorm you live in, could be a great experience. I have very nice first-year roommates. Smart, funny young women it was nice to meet. I had two more sets of roommates before I moved off campus in my sophomore year.
Then a couple at my off-campus apartment. Last roommate was the best. Loads of fun, healthy attitude, enviro science major. Knew her for years after we graduated.
Sometimes you can meet people you'll know for many years or forever. It's a great place to make bonds outside your family if you're open to it.
I still have a friend I've known since 1976! 50 years! We talk every week and I'll be flying to see her this coming spring or summer I hope...
I've been to four different schools, the first school I attended, I lived on campus for two years. The second school I lived on campus for one year, then transferred back to the first school for one year 🤦 The last two schools I lived off campus.
I was on college, but I didn't live on campus.
Thanks for the MHO
Yes, I attended Harvard University on campus, where I earned my MBA. This experience allowed me to engage directly with faculty and peers, enriching my understanding and expertise. Being on campus provided invaluable networking opportunities and a stimulating academic environment that shaped my career and personal development.
