I have an interview on Monday for working in a cafeteria in a school. I have a long beard. Im definitely going to trim it down to a neat goatee. Maybe an inch long, and then ill go clean shaven if they ask me to. Should I just be save and go clean shaven to the interview?

For a food service interview, a neat and professional appearance is important. Trimming your beard to a well-groomed goatee sounds like an excellent step. It may not be necessary to be completely clean-shaven, as many workplaces appreciate personal style as long as it maintains hygiene and professionalism. If you are unsure, researching the dress code or culture of the organization ahead of time can help guide your decision. Overall, the key is to ensure your appearance is tidy and presentable.
