Validation for modeling?

My aspirations even at age 39 are to become a male model. I've been called handsome my entire adulthood from various women of all races and age groups. Mostly during dates or communication that I initiated. Been rated 8s, a few 9 ratings (I know it sounds superficial) but how do you know as a man you are actually good enough to model. I even landed a modeling photoshoot and contract offer after trying out with a company in LA. They dropped me due to reliability issues on my end. Yet I still question if I look good enough to actually model. Folks im close with say I can.. but ladies, men who should model, do they get unsolicited attention from you all? I dont get that pretty invisible but dating past indicates the opposite which is weird. Do actual 8s and 9s get attention from opposite sex? I do get hate from other men every once in a while.

Check your symmetry percentage. If it’s over 90% you can be a model.
