You're absolutely not a bad looking girl. In fact you're rather beautiful, but you didn't put the only true "option" in your poll, and that is to actually have a model requirements. Furthermore, which model? Face model, Fashion modeling, Fashion runway modeling, Fashion catalog modeling, Fashion bathing suit modeling, Fashion fit modeling, Fashion lingerie modeling... So many types of modeling. I can tell you that for at least 50% of these categories you won't have the requirements. Sorry if I spoil any hope.
You 're still young to tell for certain. Focus on your school, on healthy eating, taking care of your skin and being fit. But it's very difficult to make a career as a model. Apart from looking a certain way, the models who get promoted are those with a big following or with famous parents or who are very lucky. It's a stressful and unstable job. You 'd better have a stable work and pursue modelling as a hobby, at least until you make a name.

Depends on what your modelling for, I know that face usually doesn’t matter unless you’re going for a face focused bran, same goes for body (although you’re pretty and have a nice figure) I think models are chosen more or less on if they’re eye catching or not-doesn’t have to mean stunningly beautiful. Posing and modelling ability is actually more important.
No sweety not because you're unattractive but the required height of a model is 5'7" or above, and only very exceptional models are accepted at that height, they're usually much much taller.
Please don't aspire to be a model. There's so much more you can do.
Depends on what type of model you wanna be but you could totally try. You’re just too young rn formost modelinf unless you wanna model children/teenage clothing or something like that. I say give it some time to grow into your body then try

I would contact several agencies to see what they're generally looking for and if you fit the bill. Other than that you look fine; although just being ordinary may not be enough if they're looking for something extraordinary.
no, you are not fat at all. You are a cute kid and will likely grow into a pretty woman in a few years but most models are so skinny that it’s really unhealthy. It’s not something to strive for if you actually like yourself.
well if you are not going to be a kid model that means your body will changes a lot until you hit 18 so any answer you get there will probably change from when you finish puberty
