I was blown away by how much my health benefits are for me and my kids’ , almost 1700 a month just for fucking benefits? Why so high?

In UK there's no benefits ha. I mean we don't get healthcare packages or anything like that. No bonuses unless you lile CEO or high management level. And no promotions. Wage increases are within line with government dictates so not from generosity.

My company is in private health sector and they so called offer staff dental. But a colleague went to sign up and it ended up saying like it would deduct a big portion of her wages per month to use. So big con really!

There's a free helpline to discuss money, family, legal matters. But it's not much more than someone googling on your behalf and reading shit out.

I'm not sure how much you make but with my company its not that high. Even in a larger corp I worked in it was prob near $400 biweekly
